MISSING ITEM POICY
If an item is missing from your order, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
• A photo of the packing slip
• A photo of all items received
• A photo of the packaging
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons:
• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on opened or used products.
• Lash trays, adhesives, tweezers, and other supplies cannot be returned once shipped.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct items before checking out.
ORDER CANCELLATION
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
• If you need to request a change, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
• We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted.
