Lash Allure by Adri
By placing an order with Lash Allure by Adri, you agree to all policies listed below. Please read carefully before purchasing.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
• During sales, product launches, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please double-check all order details before submitting. We are not responsible for errors entered at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
• Shipping times are separate from processing times and are determined by the carrier.
• Once a package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, Lash Allure by Adri is no longer responsible for delivery delays.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES POLICY

Lash Allure by Adri is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
• Check around your home and mailbox area
• Ask neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
• Contact your local post office for delivery confirmation
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
If approved, we will send a replacement for the damaged item.
Refunds are not issued for damaged products.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
• Lash Allure by Adri is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

MISSING ITEM POICY

If an item is missing from your order, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
• A photo of the packing slip
• A photo of all items received
• A photo of the packaging
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons:
• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on opened or used products.
• Lash trays, adhesives, tweezers, and other supplies cannot be returned once shipped.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct items before checking out.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
• If you need to request a change, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
• We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders.
• Pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
• Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.
Pickup is by appointment only. Instructions will be provided in your pickup email.
Pickup Timeframe
• Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of the ready notification.
• Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be restocked.
• No refunds will be issued for abandoned pickup orders.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

By placing an order, you agree to all store policies.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue is considered a violation of our policy. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with:
• Proof of delivery
• Order confirmation
• Agreement to store policies at checkout
